Our outdoor event catering team have been working with us on events for 15 years and have fine tuned the art of cooking outdoors for large numbers of people using fine food and wholesome ingredients. We cater for guests at most of our events whether that be on a cliff-top, on a beach, in a farmers field or in the grounds of a country mansion. Our chefs love the challenge of cooking in beautiful and remote parts of the country.
All the food is sourced locally and from independent producers and cooked on-site, often in view of the guests. We ensure that food is fresh, tasty and that there is plenty of it to go around – the catering can make or break an event. When necessary we provide our clients with a private food tasting session at ‘Halfpenny Field’, our own venue in Wiltshire. This allows you to help decide on a menu and to sample the excellent standard of food that we provide. The menu is designed with your budget in mind.
At times we are challenged with feeding up to 1000 people in 2-3 hours. To do this, it is imperative that we run a very slick catering operation and often duplicate food serving stations to ensure that queues are as short as possible. Specific dietary requirements are always considered and catered for.
We provide well stocked bars to suit the occasion and look after all the event licensing side of things, liaising with local councils when the event requires alcohol to be served. All our bar and event catering staff are well presented and knowledgeable about the food and drinks they are serving.
